01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pak23 ("pak23", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and review platform accessible at pak23.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak23 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pak23 is an online gaming information and review platform. We provide educational content on casino games, sports betting markets, payment methods and responsible gambling. pak23 does not directly operate a casino or sportsbook, and does not accept wagers or deposits on its own behalf. References to account registration, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay in these Terms relate to the operator platform(s) accessible via pak23.

02 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of pak23 or any associated operator, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You must not hold an existing Account on the Platform that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms; and
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through pak23, through a third-party responsible gambling scheme, or through any applicable regulatory body.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other information as may be required.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration, and at any subsequent time, is true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. pak23 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at our discretion, pak23 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account in your name); and/or
• Such other documentation as may be reasonably required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pak23 may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

05 Terms of Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to pak23 at any time;
• Attempting to access the Platform using an automated tool, bot, scraper or other non-human means without pak23's prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including collusion, matched betting using bonus funds, or creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Transmitting any virus, malware, ransomware or other malicious code to or through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, defaming or otherwise engaging in abusive conduct towards pak23 staff or other Users; and
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

pak23 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and referral to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. Payment methods referenced below — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar payment infrastructure for Pakistani users. Their mention does not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction;
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet deposits (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically credited within minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing bank;
• pak23 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Users are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• pak23 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier;
• pak23 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe stated in the cashier, but processing windows may be affected by payment provider timelines, KYC status and other factors outside pak23's direct control.

6.3 Currency

Where Pakistan Rupee (PKR) is the designated account currency, all amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a different currency.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

pak23 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Users who have previously breached these Terms, or who are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, are not eligible to claim bonuses;
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be forfeited without compensation;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are set out in the specific bonus terms. Live casino games, table games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• pak23 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable;
• Abuse of bonuses — including collusion, chip dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other scheme designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

08 Responsible Gambling

pak23 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Users. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold per defined period. Once reached, further gameplay is suspended until the next period begins;
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration. An alert will be displayed when the limit is approaching, and the session will end automatically when it is reached;
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during play can be configured to remind Users of the time and amount spent in their current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 weeks) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. Users who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

09 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and its selection and arrangement — is the property of pak23 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes without pak23's express written permission;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; or
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on any portion of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will terminate the licence granted in this clause and may give rise to legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak23 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers exclude all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

pak23 shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of any third-party operator or payment provider accessible via the Platform; or
• Unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or events outside pak23's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak23's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by pak23

pak23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• You provide false, misleading or fraudulent information at any time;
• pak23 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity involving your Account;
• You are found to have created multiple Accounts or to be a Prohibited Person; or
• pak23 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.

11.2 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak23 support via the methods described in Clause 14. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be settled. Genuine cash balances (net of applicable bonus terms) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak23 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pak23 support as set out in Clause 14. pak23 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

Where an informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pak23's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pak23 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where reasonable and practicable, notify registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pak23 recommends that Users check this page whenever they return to the Platform after an absence.
